This website is run by Fernwood Agentic (“we”, “us”), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information the website collects and how we use it.

We don’t ask you for personal information to browse the site. When you visit, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, worked out from your IP address. It uses cookies to do this. We use these figures only to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block it by turning off cookies in your browser or by installing Google’s opt-out add-on.

Our demo booking page is run by Cal.com. The name, email address and any notes you enter there are handled by Cal.com and passed to us so we can meet with you. Cal.com’s privacy policy applies to that page.

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply to you.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. Google and Cal.com may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below.

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
